Hot Dog Buns Sold at Aldi, Walmart, and Other Grocers Recalled for Choking Hazard
Flowers Foods, a popular producer of baked goods has recalled more than 50 products for possible plastic fragment contamination.
Flowers Foods, a major producer of baked goods for dozens of food retailers, has recalled more than 50 varieties of hot dog buns for possible plastic contamination. The company issued this voluntary recall out of concern that consuming these buns could be a potential choking hazard.
This recall has been issued in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Flowers Foods urges consumers not to consume any of these products and advises throwing them away immediately or returning to the place of purchase for a full refund.
